Deskwriter 400 HP26 generic ink cartridge

The DESKWRITER 400 is a great printer that offers high-quality color graphics printing as well as black and white printing. Its color output resolution is 300 x 300 dots per inch, while the black output resolution is 600 x 300 dots per inch. It works perfectly with the HP 25 Trichamber ink cartridge and the HP 26 Black generic ink cartridge from Peachtree Ink. This printer is great for both home and office use, and it is a pretty easy and cheap printer to maintain, especially when using the generic cheap inks version. The DESKWRITER 400 has approximately half the footprint of the HP DESKWRITER 540.

 

The HP DESKWRITER 540 reaches maximum resolution of 600 x 300 dots per inch with black and white printing, and a max resolution of 300 x 300 dots per inch in all modes with color printing. The DESKWRITER 540 basically has the same specifications as the DESKWRITER 400. This printer also works incredibly well with the compatible cheap ink cartridges from Peachtree Ink. It is compatible with multiple Windows OS versions, and it’s also Macintosh compatible too. The black print speed in Windows reaches 2 pages per minute in Normal Mode, and 3 pages per minute in EconoFast mode. Both printers offer a good printing quality, and an easy maintenance plan which isn’t very pricy.
