As the name suggests, HP Officejet 4620 is an e-All-in-One printer that can print, fax and scan. Printing is through cloud, Wi-Fi and has an automatic document feeder. Make sure that HP Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One is one of your must see list if you need a cheap personal printer for any size of office. It provides all key features that you might need for a light duty office purpose. It costs around $100, relatively cheap for color inkjet printer providing such features. Officejet 4620 can print from, fax from and scan to a PC. It can also work as a standalone fax machine and copier.

Its automatic document feeder feature provides a higher capacity of 35 sheets and complements letter size issue by allowing you to print on both pages and legal size paper.
