Review of the Brother MFC-585CW printer and LC61 ink
The Brother MFC-585CW is an all in one multifunctional printer that does the job of printing, copying and scanning with ease and uses the LC61 print cartridges. This is a very compatible cartridge and is affordable apart from providing excellent results. The alternative after market brand LC61 cartridge is available at Peachtree ink at affordable prices which are so much lower that the regular original brand LC61 printer ink cartridges. In fact these generic cartridges at Peachtree are even more cost effective than other no name brand ink cartridges, yet the quality is exceptional. This Brother machine measures 15.4’ X 14.4” X 5.9” and weighs 15.7 lbs. The availability of a display makes this machine easy to use and it is surprising to get such excellent end results.
The printer is impressive with a speed of 27 ppm for color prints at 600 X 1200 dpi. The inkjet LC61 takes care of the prints well and the presence of a 100 page tray makes things easier with people not needing to refill constantly. The machine has a USB that makes connections easy and quick. Compatible with mobile as well as different operating systems, this machine is a hardworking one with the capability of more than 2500 prints per month.
